- June 1, 2005 - got call from Martha that I received a single slot for adoption
- June 2005 - July 2005 - paperchase
- August 1, 2005 - dossier (paperwork) sent to be translated into Chinese
- Sept. 1, 2005 - dossier sent to China
- Sept. 16, 2005 - LID (date China logged in my dossier to adopt)
- Sept. 17, 2005 - January 2, 2007 - waited and waited and waited...
- January 3, 2007 - received the referral for Sarae
- January 4, 2007 - saw Sarae's picture for the first time.
- January 31, 2007 - received TA (travel authorization)
- Feb. 23-25, 2006 - Travel to China, lose 1 day due to time change
- Feb. 25-March 3, 2007 - Stay in Chongquig, China and celebrate Sarae's 1st birthday on the third!
- Feb. 26, 2007 - Gotcha Day! (day I meet Sarae)
- March 3-9 2007 - Guangzhou, China
- March 10, 2007 - Return to Florida at 9:55 a.m.
